Product Protocol for Grocery Items

For consideration of sale at our store, all items are required to be gluten-free and oat-free.

We will need the following:

1)         A sample of the product you would like us to carry.

2)         Nutritional information and/or ingredient listing

3)         Nutritional label

4)         UPC code for each individual item

5)         Product and wholesale pricing information
